Body Groove w/ Lissa Sossamon

10-11am, weekly Wednesday in the FEELING room.

An amazing dance-inspired series by Misty Tripoli, that is low impact, low stress… Yet loads of FUN!  Moving your body is enjoyable, rhythmic and relaxing. This class Combines  basic choreography with your own style of movement. Each class, Lissa will display different dance moves for you to explore with YOUR body… This is an exercise program that works with you.
