Wednesday, May 22nd 7-8:30pm in the CONNECTING room.
We all have encountered control issues at one point or another in our lives. Perhaps we have felt the pressure of a loved one who claims to know what is better for us and insists we must agree and comply. Perhaps we ourselves have been accused of being controlling when we tried to enforce our own personal values and rules onto others. On the other hand, we are often encouraged to use SELF-CONTROL to create the life we want and meet our goals.
In this class, we will examine the many ways in which controlling behaviors impact our lives and how we can use control to our personal benefit and not to the detriment of our relationships.
Facilitator: Emotional Health Life Coach Diana Deaver. This is a discussion based sharing. All participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the conversation. Read more about Diana’s work at www.EmotionalHealthCoaching.com.
