Exploring Your Archetypes w/ Cathy Lebeaux

10:30am-noon, Saturday, January 5th upstairs in the GATHERING & BEING rooms.

Come join this fun and experiential workshop where we will explore some of our key archetypes through creative and group approaches. Archetypes are universal patterns of energy or power. They can take human roles such as the Victim, Rebel, Martyr, Child, Mystic, or Artist, etc. Explore the lessons they offer to teach us, both their light or positive aspect or their Shadow, or hidden or negative side. This workshop will include group storytelling, discussion, and experiential self-growth through guided imagery and the option of art, movement, and/or journaling. Please bring a journal or something to write in. Please be on-time.
