“If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living.”
Joseph Campbell

How do we uncover that path? What gets in our way; how do we sabotage or empower ourselves? Come join this fun and experiential workshop where we will explore some of our key archetypes through creative and group approaches.

Archetypes are universal patterns of energy or power. They can take human roles such as the Advocate, Wounded Healer, Prostitute, Queen, Martyr, Child, or Shaman, etc. They offer to teach and guide us in figuring out the path we are on and the patterns we are stuck in.

We will play Wheel of Fortune and identify some archetypes that we all can explore together through group discussion and Authentic Movement. You will have a chance to choose some archetypes, and explore them and their influence on your life journey and major areas of your life (such as family, career, highest potential, and spirituality), through a guided visualization, sand tray, journaling, and/or art. Caroline Myss’ work from her book, Sacred Contracts, will be briefly introduced and we will do some work with her Survival Family archetypes: The Victim, Prostitute, Child, and Saboteur.

Please bring a journal or something to write in. Please be on time.
