Amy Gaffney, firstname.lastname@example.org, has completed the 200-hour multi-disciplinary teacher training program in Basic Hatha Yoga and is excited to share with other yogis her passion for yoga and her quest for more mindful living. Amy is a native of West Virginia; she has called Mount Pleasant home for the past 9 years. Amy’s love for the practice has been borne out of a desire to find a means of merging physical and spiritual wellness and she believes yoga, or union, is an excellent route. Amy looks forward to growing with the Bliss community and sharing many bliss-ful classes with new friends.
