Facilitator: Mark Patterson has been involved in Food and Beverage for 25 years and had been a fine dining server at award wining restaurants including 82 Queen (Charleston, SC) and Cucina Rustica (Sedona, AZ) Mark was a wine steward at a private resort, Miramar, in Naples, FL. You will learn some basics and expand your horizons when it comes to choosing the right bottle of wine for your special occasion. Mark also completed Culinary Arts School right here in Charleston, SC, at Johnson and Wales.
