Vinyasa Flow w/ Endia Pluckett

12:15-1:15pm, weekly Monday in the FEELING room.

This class designed to start the week with a midday pick-me-up and a return to conscious awareness of our divine nature.  This class will offer modifications to suit all levels and will focus on breath, alignment, physical strengthening and opening the heart.

We will start with several seated warm-ups, move into some sun salutations, then standing poses, forward poses, some back-bending, inversions and twisting.  All asanas will be taught in kranas, so we can engage the participant at any level.  I will use props, such as blocks and straps, to assist yogis.  The class will end with a restful savasana.
