Body Sculpting; a weight bearing workout for all levels. We have balls, bands, mats & weights to share. You are encouraged to bring a water bottle or stop at the bliss hospitality bar to hydrate before class.
Facilitator: Missy Michels, firstname.lastname@example.org, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor for 30 years (and loved every minute of it!!) and Mother of two, Rob 23 & Mary 18. I taught exercise classes during my pregnancy with both kids, felt amazing and had easy deliveries.
I’ve instructed just about every kind of class; barre, boot camp, circuit training, body sculpting, ta batta, 30 minute abs/core class and even been a spin instructor.
I am a Fit Tour representative, meaning I travel to different gyms and do certifications for people wanting to teach group exercise, or spin classes or to get their personal training certification.
I have participated in two Fitness competitions. The first at age 40 and placed 2nd. The second at age 42 I won! Amazing, I was so excited!
I also love, love to travel. We have lived in the Charleston area for two years now and absolutely love it. I run regularly on the beach and bridge. I definitely believe that any work out that is weight bearing, such as a sculpting class is the best thing a woman can do for her body! It’s even better than taking calcium, although that is important as well. I’m excited to be able to teach a Body Sculpting class at bliss. I hope you will all come and check it out. I will gear the class so all ages can come get stronger abs, feel better and work those muscles!
